Comprehensive Main Engine Overhauls

We perform complete cylinder head overhauls, including crack detection, dye checks, and water jacket maintenance. Our specialists handle piston draw-outs, precise measurements,cylinder cover in-situ welding and the renewal of piston crowns, skirts, and rods.

Using advanced deflection measurement tools, we inspect and renew crosshead, crankpin, and main bearings. We ensure all stay bolts and holding-down bolts are re-tightened to exact torque specifications.

Beyond mechanical parts, we address structural components, including crankcase cleaning and the renewal of rubber plate gaskets, ensuring a leak-free and clean engine room environment.

Specialized Auxiliary Engine Services

Our specialists completed main bearing overhaul,on-site grinding repair for locating pin holes  and flywheel shaft seal renewal to eliminate wear and prevent leakage. Shaft deflection checks were conducted to ensure shafting operates within allowable tolerances.
